AFFORDABLE CLASS: The Home provides a life-style for healthy living with five blocks each of eight independent units totaling forty units self contained Single Bed Room attached bath Cottage with all amenities. ECONOMY CLASS: Free inmates of 20 bedded Dormitory separately for ladies and 20 bedded Dormitory separately for gents is available on no cost basis for their stay. Only Rs.3000/- per month is charges for the food at a subsidized cost.

Payment Details

1.AFFORDABLE CLASS:   At the time of joing- the Security Deposit Paid Inmate Block – Rs.50,000/- for single Person Rs.80,000/- for Couple Rent for Stay, Food, Electricity Charges, Cleaning and Doctor Visitation Charges For Single Person – Rs. 6000/- per month For Couple – Rs.10000/- per month (Two persons are staying comfortably in this room). 2.ECONOMY CLASS:   At the time of joining- the Security Deposit Dormitory Block – Rs.12,000/- for Single Person (one month payment considered as Donation). Only Food Charges For Dormitory Block – Rs.3000/- per month (only Food Charges) 3. Servant will be arranged for washing clothes only is to be paid extra per month. 4. For bedridden persons an attender (Male / Female) may be arranged for Bath, Feeding, Washing Clothes & Cleaning is to be paid extra per month. (only on availability) 5. No amount will be deducted on their absence for few days. 6. Two month notice should be given if the inmates want to leave the home. 7. If you want to celebrate your family functions in our home, please pay Rs.2,000/- for one time meals. Cheque / Draft accepted in the name of ‘CHENNAI LIONS CHARITABLE TRUST’ payable at Chennai.

Procedures Visitors

1. Visitors are allowed to meet the residents at the time of the following hours on all days. 08.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. 2. It is not possible to provide Tea / Coffee / Tiffin for the Visitors. 3. Relatives are asked not to contact the inmates by phone after 06.00 p.m. and before 08.00 a.m.

Note

1. The residents are permitted to visit their relatives / friends and for shopping duly informing the caretakers as to when they will be back and lunch / dinner is needed. 2. They should ensure to return before 07.00 p.m.
